Mhi 2 BA-968-14.sxw The informant immediately rushed to Akluj. He enquired with Raveena, daughter of Mahadev Chavan, who happens to be the friend of his daughter, Sujara. Raveena informed him that at about 10.30 a.m., when they were proceeding from Nimgaon to Akluj in a autorickshaw. At about 10.45 a.m, they were crossing the flour mill at Madansinha Nagar, one unknown person had stopped the autorickshaw in which they were travelling. Indica Car was parked at a distance. The unknown person had boarded the autorickshaw and then had taken Sujata forcibly and had made to sit her in the Indica Car and had proceeded. She also informed that there were two motorcycles behind the autorickshaw and had followed them. Upon enquiry, the first informant learnt that two years ago he had refused the proposal of Suraj Madani as his daughter was still taking education and that six months prior to 29.3.2014, Suraj had informed the relative of the first informant that in the eventuality that Sujata is not married to him, he would abduct her. He had given the names of associates of the applicant. The police had initiated search on the basis of his report, Crime No.70/2014 is registered against the applicant and others for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 read with Section 34 of IPC.
