family of the applicant/accused went to the field of the informant and they threw chilli powder towards the eyes of the brother and mother of the informant and they started assaulting them with footwear. At that time, the applicants/accused alongwith his cousins and the brothers arrived there with a spade and stick and cycle chain and they abused them and then started assaulting the brother of the complainant, Bhairavnath. The applicant/accused assaulted him on his head. One Shivaji and the applicant/accused assaulted the brother of the informant on his head with spade. He got injured. The complainant intervened and at that time, the applicant/accused gave him a blow in the assault. Others assaulted with fist blows. Both the informant and his brother were injured. The brother became unconscious and thereafter, all the applicants/accused left. Then the family members of the informant took the brother of Bhairavnath to the hospital. He was admitted in the ICU of the hospital. Then the offence was registered.
