patient, doctor had declared her dead. Thereafter, P.S.I. rushed to the spot and he inquired into the matter. A.D. No. 45 of 2012 was registered. Inquest Panchanama was conducted in the hospital. He had seized the clothes of the deceased. The father of the deceased had informed the police that on 15/03/2012, he returned home after work. His daughters were at home. Upon enquiry, accused nos 2 & 3 who happen to be daughters of applicant no. 1 had informed him that she was sleeping on mezzanine floor of the house. He tried to wake her up, however, realized that she would not wake in spite of several calls and therefore, he had summoned doctor Sharma who asked him to take her to the hospital. The statement of the applicant was recorded in A.D. No. 45 of 2012. The officer was informed that the girl has committed suicide.

revealed that applicant no. 1 runs a grocery shop at home. He had suspected that his daughter was in love with Aryan Mohanlal. He had further suspected that Aryan used to visit his daughter quite often. The neighbours had informed the officer that the applicant and sisters of the deceased i.e. original accused no. 1 to 3 used to scold and beat the deceased and at that time, they had heard the cries of the deceased.
