2 During the course of the argument, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he would not press the present application for bail, if the trial would commence within a reasonable time. He pointed out to this court that the Applicant is of 18 years and is a student.
3 The Application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands dismissed as such.
4 Liberty to the Applicant to apply afresh for bail should the trial not commence within a period of four months from today.
