out of the agreement dated 11th January 2013 be referred to the sole
arbitration of Mr. Justice S. Radhakrishnan, retired Judge of this
Court.
2.Parties shall appear before Justice Radhakrishnan on such
date and at such time as is convenient to him.
3. In view thereof, no further orders are necessary on this
application. Application is, accordingly disposed of.
