(iii) The Application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 (the Act), shall now be treated by the learned Arbitrator as an Application under Section 17 of the Act and the same shall be disposed of by the learned Arbitrator within four weeks from the date of the first meeting held between the parties.
