Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

This is an application seeking clarification of the order passed by this Court dated 20/01/2014. It is submitted that the Petitioner has closed down the business and entire premises are now closed. It is submitted that in view of the said order, Petitioner is not in a position to sell out the

articles lying in the said shop. It is submitted that Petitioner undertakes to sell the edible oil for the purposes other than human consumption. It is also submitted that other permissions have also been sought for selling other articles.

The learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, after taking instructions from the Officer who is present in Court, submitted that the Petitioner should give a written undertaking that Petitioner will not sell the edible oil for the purpose of human consumption and if such an undertaking is given then the Respondents have no objection if prayer clause (a) of the application is granted.

We have recorded the oral undertaking given by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant. The said undertaking is also contained in the criminal application. In view this, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of in accordance with the guidelines laid down by us in our earlier order dated 20/01/2014. The sale proceeds be deposited with the Registry of this Court within four weeks which shall be subject to further orders that may be passed in this Petition.
