The present matter was kept alive since the matter of fixation of fees structure of the Law Officers appearing on behalf of the State was pending consideration before the Government and on earlier occasion the court had found that the fees which were determined by the earlier Government Resolution dated 11.10.2013 were not commensurate with the responsibilities of the Law Officers.
Along with the pursis dated 26.2.2014, the Government Resolution dated 15.2.2014 has been placed on record whereby the refixation of the fees and allowances payable to the Law Officers and the Panel Advocates has been made. We find that the fees structure as determined by the State Government is satisfactory. It is, however, stated that some corrigendum is under process and the

same would be issued within a period of couple of days.
The matter, therefore, stands disposed of.
