house. The applicant had suspicion that it is the case of strangulation and the case of murder as he saw the blood stains. This Court has gone through the P.M. report. The P.M. report shows that there were only ligature marks around the neck of 'V' shape and it is the case of hanging. The learned Additional Sessions Judge has considered the aforesaid circumstances. The respondent/husband was behind bars for about 19 days. This Court finds no error in granting bail to respondent No. 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and it is a discretionary power. No exception case is made out to cancel the bail granted in favour of respondent No. 2.
