of the prosecutrix used to call the present applicant as her brother. Allegations are made that on 11-10-2013 at about 1.00 pm the mother-in-law of the prosecutrix sent the prosecutrix to the house of the applicant with some milk and curd. Wife of the applicant was not present in the house. Allegations are made that when the prosecutrix kept the milk and curd and when she was returning, the applicant prevented her from doing so and then he raped her. It is her case that she disclosed the incident to her husband and mother-in-law and they decided to give report to the police and report came to be given on 12-10-2013 at 18.05 hours.
