This application is filed for recalling the order made by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.1023 of 2011 and also there is prayer for relief of condonation of delay of 31 days caused in filing the present proceeding. Both the sides are heard.

This Court has gone through the order made by this Court on 24^th January, 2013. It appears that the private complaint filed by the applicant was dismissed by learned J.M.F.C. and the order was challenged in Revision. The Revision Court also dismissed the Revision

and the said decision of Revision was challenged in writ petition. This Court on merits held that there is no possibility of interference in the decision given by the Revisional Court on merits. Thus, the order of dismissal of the writ petition dated 24^th January, 2013 is the final order of disposal of the writ petition. There is apparent bar of Section 362 of Cr.P.C. to entertain the proceeding filed for recalling the aforesaid order. Thus, there is no question of condonation of delay. The application stands dismissed.
