1.This is an application for bail by the accused
involved in Crime No. I-40/2011, registered by the Kannad
Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad, for the offences
punishable under sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323,
504 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the
applicant, he was earlier released on bail by the learned
Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. However, during the pendency
of the Trial, since he could not remain present before
the Court on 19.09.2013, non-bailable warrant came to be
issued against him and was executed on 24.02.2014 and
since then he is in jail as his bail application
preferred before the learned Sessions Court, Aurangabad,
was rejected on 11.03.2014. According to the applicant,
he being a driver by profession was out of town for
transport of goods and in that event could not remain
present before the Trial Court.
2.Considering the fact that the applicant was
initially on bail and is in custody on execution of non-
bailable warrant issued against him as above, the
application is liable to be allowed as per the order
below :-
3.Applicant – Shrirang @ Rangiya s/o. Kashinath
Baware shall be released on bail on his executing P.R.
bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one
fresh surety in the like amount, before the Trial Court.
.The applicant shall attend the Trial Court on
each date, failing which the bail granted shall be
subject to cancellation.
.In addition to above, the applicant shall mark
his presence with Kannad Police Station fortnightly
during pendency of the trial.
