The applicant has approached this Court for suspension of sentence and for release on bail. The case of the applicant is similar to that of the applicant in Criminal Application No. 944/13. The present applicant has not been identified by PW.22 Deepak Trivedi, who is a Police Constable.

In that view of the matter, on the ground of parity, we find that the application deserves to be allowed.
