This is an application by which the Applicant requests for a fixed date of hearing of the Appeal which is of the year 2010. It is stated before us by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is in jail since 2007 and has undergone 4 years and 6 months. We therefore, direct that the Appeal filed by the Applicant be added to Final Hearing at its appropriate place on the Board from 1st December 2014.
