The appeal is directed against the order dated 10 July 2014 of the learned Trial Judge of this Court allowing the notice of motion taken out by the plaintiffs/developer for appointment of the Court Receiver in respect of redevelopment project of a building of Co-operative Housing Society with 55 members. 39 out of 55 members have already agreed to co-operate for the redevelopment project, but 16 appellants (original defendants Nos. 1 to 16) had some reservations about the project on two grounds.
