. After the appeal was heard for some time, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. It is submitted that by way of an interim arrangement it is agreed between the parties that the Bank will issue demand draft. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 makes a statement that the said demand-draft shall not be encashed for a period of 8 weeks from today. Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed, and by way of an interim arrangement statement made on behalf of Respondent No. 1and the Bank is accepted.
