Shri Wahane, the learned counsel for the applicant, states that Criminal Complaint Case No.140 of 2011 has been compounded on 30/09/2014 and accordingly the order is passed on 30/09/2014. It is stated that in view of the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagpur, the criminal application would not survive. The learned counsel states that a pursis in this regard has been filed.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and on a perusal of the pursis , the applicant is permitted to withdraw the criminal application. The criminal application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
