absconding applicant No.1 and the co-accused and including the applicant/accused contacted them. They took out the keys of the motor cycle. The accused No.1 and other accused abused him by his caste. Accused No.1 pointed pistol at the complainant. However, as everybody started assaulting the informant and his friend, when the pistol fell down. All the accused including the applicant/accused assaulted the informant and his friend was also badly beaten up. They became unconscious. Then, they were taken to hospital for treatment. The informant has sustained two fractures and multiple injuries.
