sister of one student, complained that the applicant/accused has sexually abused the girls and his conduct in the school was highly objectionable. She prepared a detailed report and sent it to her Senior Education Officer at District Raigad on 16.1.2012. Pursuant to the said report, the applicant/accused was suspended. Thereafter, she received directions from the Commissioner Office at Konkan Division, directing her to register offence against the applicant/accused and so she gave a report.

Mr.Vijay Murkute as he was not allowed to do flag hoisting in the school. Out of the vengeance, this applicant/accused is falsely implicated.
i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount;
ii) The applicant shall not pressurise the complainant.
