bail has been granted in favour of the applicant, the same is in force till today. Learned APP has, thereafter, taken time for producing the C.A.Report regarding the samples taken from the Petrol Pump. It is submitted that it will take some time to receive the said report, may be of three to four months.

The matters from the said report would be
crucial as in the event of the report being positive, it will be necessary to probe further whether about the manner in which the petrol was adulterated. Having regard to the said aspect, and as it is improper to keep application pending for such long period, application is considered for limited relief
of granting pre-arrest bail to the applicant up till 31.01.2015 and by giving appropriate liberty to both sides for guarding their rights.
the prosecution to apply at appropriate stage for not continuing said protection granted to the applicant further.
