This Court vide order dated 23.10.2014 (Coram: Vacation Judge) had granted interim protection to the applicants. The learned APP submits that there has been no breach of conditions imposed upon the applicants. After the grant of interim relief, the applicants were arrested and produced before the Magistrate and have been enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond as directed by the Vacation Judge. the incident had occurred on the spur of the moment and that there was no premeditation.

The learned APP submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. Hence, the interim relief granted by the Vacation Court deserves to be confirmed. The applicants have already furnished P.R. Bond. The applicants undertake to co-operate with the investigating agency and report to the investigating officer. The interim relief is made absolute. The applicants shall report to the concerned police station on four consecutive Sundays between 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Application stands disposed of.
