Application is moved for prearrest bail as the applicant is prosecuted for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 325, 504, 506, 143, 147, 144, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Barshi Police Station under C.R.No.30 of 2014. One Vaibhav Chandrakant Pise, 18 years boy informed the police that when he was proceeding on his motorcycle, at that time the applicant accused alongwith coaccused stopped him. The coaccused Nagesh was holding a sword. The applicant was holding iron pipe, the other accused were holding iron rod. They asked him to stop questioning and asking for the compensation of the

glass of bullet motorcycle. Then they started assaulting him. He was beaten up with sword, iron pipe on his legs. As he started shouting, they all ran away. He was admitted in the hospital. It is the case of the complainant that his two femur bones of his right leg are fractured. Hence he lodged complaint.
