Learned Counsel for the parties, including newly added Defendant Nos.9 and 10, tender consent terms duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. All parties to the present suit, including newly added Defendant No.10, are present in the Court. Defendant No.9, who has signed the consent terms in presence of all the parties as well as its Advocate, through both its partners, has given a written authority to the brother-in-law of a partner of Defendant No.9 to present the consent terms in its absence. Mr Prashant Singh, brother-in-law of the partner, holding such authority, is present in the Court today. Learned Advocate for Defendant No.9 prays that the consent terms may be taken on record on behalf of Defendant No.9.
2 The consent terms are taken on record and marked “X” for identification. The original authority letter issued by Defendant No.9 in favour of Mr Prashant Singh is also taken on record and marked “X-1” for identification.
3 The statements and undertakings contained in the consent terms are accepted and the suit is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Refund of court fees according to the applicable rules.
