Shri Kuldip Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioner intends to avail alternate remedies available to the petitioner in law i.e. of filing a private complaint or an application under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. We accordingly dismiss this writ petition as withdrawn relegating the petitioner to file alternate remedies available to the petitioner in law. Withdrawal of this writ petition would not come in the way of the Court in dealing with the proceedings filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid directions.
