Heard.

By this Petition, the order passed by the Magistrate ordering investigation into the matter and the registration of an offence on that basis has been challenged. However, the learned A.P.P. submits that the investigation is over and a charge-sheet has already been filed in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute this position.

In view of filing of a charge-sheet, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would not press the present Petition and adopt further suitable proceedings for the redressal of grievances of the petitioners. Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to do so.

The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands dismissed as such, with liberty as aforesaid.
