The order impugned in this Writ Petition is an interim order passed by a Magistrate in the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Hereinafter “Domestic Violence Act”, for short). Appeal filed by the petitioners against the said interim order was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, Beed.

Though a number of contentions have been raised on behalf of the petitioners, in my opinion, since the order impugned is only an interim order passed in the proceedings, which are expected to be completed within 60 days in view of sub-section (5) of Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, it would not be proper to exercise the writ jurisdiction of this Court, which is of an extra ordinary nature, for interfering in the matter. It would be proper, however, to direct the Magistrate to dispose of the application finally within a period
