and ors. the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri Prashant Bhavake seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with a liberty to file a Second Appeal. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The Petitioner would be entitled to seek exclusion of time as per Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
