It is common ground between the Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner and Counsel appearing on behalf of the Second Respondent that against the Recovery Certificate which was issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, the Petitioner has filed three Revisions before the Divisional Joint Registrar and that in compliance with the provisions of Section 154(2A), the Petitioner has deposited 50% of the amount due equivalent to Rs.1.85 crores.
2 In the circumstances, the following workable arrangement has been arrived at between the Petitioner and the Second Respondent:

Revision Petitions, the Second Respondent shall not take steps to implement the order which has been passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 on 13 June 2013.
3 Since this workable arrangement has been agreed upon, no further directions are sought.
4 The Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as
to costs.
