(a) We direct the Petitioners or their representatives to appear before the third Respondent on 30th December 2013 at 11.00 am;

(c) If the order has already been passed on the said representations, a copy of the order passed on the said representations shall be made available to the Petitioners within one week from the date of appearance of the Petitioners before the third Respondent;
(d) If the representations are not yet decided, the same shall be decided by the third Respondent as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioners before the third Respondent;
(e) All contentions of the Petitioners on merits are kept open;
(f) The Petition is disposed of on above terms;
