4 The Petitioner/ original Complainant is aggrieved by the fact that the charge sheet/report filed is not accompanied by all documents and particularly as desired by the Petitioner. He submits that as a member of Taekwondo Association of Maharashtra, he has obtained certain information under the Right to Information Act, 2005. That, according to him, reveals as to how the signatures were taken and the proposals were submitted to the competent authorities in the State. If working and functioning of the Association and the manner in which the affairs have been carried out is the foundation for the allegations of cheating and forgery, then, we have no doubt in our mind that if the Petitioner is summoned as witness and which he has been, he can produce such documents as are relevant for the case for scrutiny and verification by the competent court. Nothing prevents the Petitioner and particularly the provisions of any procedural law, by which he can bring to the notice of the competent court that such of documents which he wishes to rely upon are not forming a part of the report filed by the concerned Investigating Machinery. Whether such documents should be read in evidence and for reading them what course should be adopted in law, are all matters which are to be determined by the competent court.
