It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the petitioners ought to have preferred an appeal before the State Government against the order of de-recognition.

Shri Khamborkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner would file the appeal before the State Government within a period of two weeks and in case the same is filed, a direction may be issued to the State Government to decide the same within a time frame.

The request made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the State Government within a period of two weeks and with a
