1.The Petitioner claims to be physically
handicapped person. He tendered request to Chief
Executive Officer for his transfer from Hanegaon

to Shevdi (Bajirao), Tq. Loha, Dist-Nanded. The
request of the Petitioner was not considered
favourably. It is the contention of the Petitioner
that in view of the policy prescribed by the State
Government concerning the transfer of Zilla
Parishad employees, the authority is required to
consider the preferences submitted by the
employees belonging to physically handicapped
category.

2.Since we are in the midst of the academic
year, this Petition can be disposed of by granting

liberty to Petitioner to tender a fresh
representation to the Chief Executive Officer,
Zilla Parishad, Nanded, putting forth his
grievances and by issuing direction for
consideration of such request. If Petitioner
tenders representation within period of six weeks
from today, the same shall be considered and
appropriate orders shall be passed by the Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, while

issuing general transfer orders of Zilla Parishad
employees, during next year.
