The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 04/09/2013 duly signed on behalf of the petitioner and its advocate as also duly signed on behalf of the respondent and its advocate. Mr.Javeri states that on behalf of the petitioner Mr.Sudhanshu Kumar Singh, Group General Manager, is present in the Court. Mr. Singh states that on behalf of the respondent Dr.Saleem Khan, General Manager is present in the Court. Mr.Sudhanshu Kumar Singh and Dr.Saleem Khan admit and confirm
