The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 13/02/2013 passed by the Administrative Tribunal and also the Corrigendum dated 4/3/2013 issued to the said order, which is the order passed in Tenancy Revision Application No.37/2011. Though it is the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Administrative Tribunal has erred in entertaining the Revision Application, in view of the fact that it is a second Revision Application on behalf of the same party, the Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the proceedings in question being Case No.TNC/28/92 are directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame. It appears that the applicants i.e. the respondents herein have adduced the evidence of three witnesses at which stage on account of the repeated adjournments sought their evidence was closed resulting in the impugned order being passed by

the Administrative Tribunal. Since the Administrative Tribunal has already directed the disposal of the matter expeditiously, it would be just and proper to direct the Joint Mamlatdar before whom the proceedings are pending to hear and decide the said Case No.TNC/28/92 latest by 31/12/2013. Notice of the above petition has not been issued to the respondents in view of the nature of the direction to be passed. The Joint Mamlatdar would endeavor to dispose of the said proceeding within the time frame stipulated in the instant order as above and would not grant unnecessary adjournments.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
