1.Heard.
2.Shri. Kaldate, learned A.P.P. has placed
on record copy of communication received from Law

and Judiciary Department, dated 12th July, 2013.
The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for
identification. On instructions, it is submitted
that in accordance with the provisions of Rule
4(1) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes
(Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, 1995, the State
has taken effective steps. All the District
Magistrates in the State have been intimated by a
communication dated 12th July, 2013 in this
regard. After receipt of report from respective
District Magistrates, appropriate proposal would
be submitted to the State. We observe that the
State shall expedite the exercise of preparation
of panel.
3.In respect of Special Case No.18 of 2010
pending on the files of Sessions Court, Jalna, it
is submitted that the State has appointed Advocate
Shri. Hemantkumar Fakira Pawar as Special Public
Prosecutor by notification dated 9th July, 2013.

4.In view of the steps taken by the State,
no further interference is warranted. The Writ
Petition stands disposed of.
