Conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994. Mr. Dhakephalkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of issuance of process passed by the learned Magistrate states no reasons whatsoever and does not indicate satisfaction of the Court for issuance of the process. The petitioner had preferred a revision application against the order of issuance of process to the District Court, Solapur, that application was also dismissed by the order dated 8^th August, 2012. The learned Sessions Judge has considered the material on record against the petitioner herein, for arriving at the order of dismissal. Perused the order and complaint. It is seen from the complaint that the allegations against the petitioner have been made out therein. Therefore, there can be no interference with the order of issuance of process. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
