1 The relief sought in the above Petition is the direction to the Trial Court to hear and dispose of the application below Exhibit 39 filed in Regular Civil Suit No.20/2011 as expeditiously as possible.
Since the application is pending before the Trial Court, it is for the Petitioners to move the Trial Court for expeditious hearing and if such an application is made, the Trial Court would consider the same in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
