ORDER:

1.The petitioner requests, by this petition,

to post her at Primary Health Center, Kashti, where
she had worked before, because of ill-health of her
son, who requires frequent blood transfusion at Pune.
According to the petitioner there are adequate and
proper facilities of transport from Kashti to Pune,
which would enable her to take proper care of her son.
As such on humanitarian grounds petitioner has
requested that she be posted at Kashti.

appropriate that the petitioner should make a proper
representation before the competent authority, who
shall consider the same objectively, sympathetically
and with empathy, within two weeks from the date of
receipt of the representation.
