1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Respondents.

2] Petitioners have filed this petition seeking appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to comply with the orders dated 14.07.2010 and 13.05.2011. Petitioners are also seeking appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to scrutinise the applications of the Petitioners for grant of further commencement Certificate and Occupation Certificate in accordance with law within a stipulated time. Similarly none

appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 2.

3] In our view since the only relief claimed by the Petitioners is for implementation of the order dated 14.07.2010 passed by the Respondent No. 1 and order dated 13.05.2011 confirming the said earlier order dated 14.07.2010, in our view there is no impediment to give direction to the Respondent No. 1 to implement the said order. Secondly since the applications filed by the Petitioners are pending before Respondent No. 2 for issuance of Commencement Certificate and Occupation Certificate, we direct the Respondent No. 1 to scrutinise the said applications and decide them expeditiously within a period of six weeks from today. With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
