ORDER :
1. In the revision filed by the present respondent
no. 6, the Hon'ble Minister passed order temporarily
closing licence FL-BR-2 of the petitioner and directed
the Collector to make enquiry and pass fresh order.
The said order is assailed.
2. Heard Mr. Katariya, learned counsel for
petitioner, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and
Mr. B.R. Varma, Advocate for respondent No. 6.

3.Upon hearing learned counsel for respective
parties, this Court asked Assistant Government Pleader
as to within how much time the Collector would
complete the enquiry. Learned AGP, on instructions,
states that the Collector would complete the enquiry
within a period of four weeks from today.
4.In light of the above, writ petition is disposed
with following direction:-
(i)The Collector shall complete the enquiry as
directed by the Hon'ble Minister in the impugned
order within a period of four weeks from today
and shall pass fresh order upon conclusion of the
enquiry.
5. No cost.
6. The parties to act upon the authenticated copy of
this order.
