For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the motion, order dated 8th March, 2011 passed by this court is set aside qua this petition. Petitioners are directed to remove all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that if the objections are not removed, petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the court. No further extension would be granted. The delay in filing Notice of motion is condoned. Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
