By this Notice of Motion taken out by the respondents, the direction is sought against the petitioner to comply with the order and direction issued by this court by an order dated 18^th December, 2012 directing the petitioner to offer inspection of the documents applied for by the respondents. It is the case of the respondents that the petitioner has not offered inspection of all the documents. It is the case of the petitioner that though by letter dated 31^st October, 2012, the respondent had called upon the petitioner to give inspection of the extract of the documents in respect of the investment of the petitioner as stated in para (5) of the

rejoinder dated 9^th October, 2012, the petitioner has not fully complied with the said order but has furnished inspection only of the audit report.

On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that whatever documents were relied upon by the petitioner in the petition as well

as in the rejoinder, inspection have been already furnished and no other documents can be offered for inspection.

The statements of both the learned counsel are accepted. Notice of Motion is disposed of.

It is made clear that the matter would be heard on the basis of the documents
