Mr. Gaikwad appearing for the defendants states that he has no objection to the motion being allowed. Accordingly, the present notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2 The Advocate for the defendants seeks extension of time for filing their written statement. The Advocate for the plaintiff does not object to the same. In view of the above, the time to file the written statement by the defendants is extended by two weeks from today.
