Petitioner is a natural mother of the respondents who are four daughters and are minor. Birth Certificate of the respondents are annexed to the petition. Father of the minors and husband of the petitioner died on 8th January 2006. Death Certificate of the husband of the petitioner has been annexed. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is in charge of personal property of the respondents as mother and natural guardian. The respondents have share in certain amounts lying in provident fund in Mahatma Phule Backward Class Development Corporation.
