decree of the Court. The father of the debtor who was present in the Court undertook to pay an amount of Rs.6 lakhs to the supporting creditor Mr.Rajkumar Bajaj. The amount was to be paid by instalments of Rs.2 lakhs, last instalment being of 15 November 2012. An affidavit dated 27 November 2012 sworn by Rajkumar M. Bajaj has been placed on record wherein he has admitted that he has received the sum of Rs.6 lakhs towards full and final settlement of his claim.
