To-day, the meeting is fixed for the Public Examination of the Insolvent by the Official Assignee.
Insolvent Vaibhav Vichare resumes on solomn affirmation and states as under:-
- Insolvent tenders the original copy of Agreement dated 26th November, 2014 entered between M/s. Crystal Builders & Developers and Ashok Mahadeo Vichare, the Occupant of Room No.47, Patel Wadi Chawl Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, G. D. Ambekar Marg, Parel Village, Mumbai – 400 012 being the tenant of the premises. This Agreement is entered for redevelopment of the old existing premises and in turn the tenant has been assured to have a premises admeasuring 300 sq. ft. carpet and other benefits attached to the Agreement. I have perused the same. For valuation of the premises rent of Rs.120/- per month has been considered and accordingly market value has been arrived at and stamp duty and registration charges are paid.
