By this chamber summons caveator seeks condonation of six days in filing affidavit in support of caveat. By an order dated 22nd July, 2013 passed by this court in Chamber Summons No. 3 of 2013, this court has condoned the delay of 21 days in filing caveat. On perusal of the affidavit in support of this chamber summons, I am satisfied that delay of six days in filing affidavit in support of caveat is satisfactorily explained. Chamber summons is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Office is directed to take affidavit in support of caveat on record if lodged within one week from today.
