Testamentary Department was closed due to Diwali Vacation from 10th November, 2012 to 18th November, 2012. Affidavit in support of hte caveat therefore could be filed only on 6th December, 2012. Caveator was out of station from 7th November, 2012 to 1st December, 2012. Though Chamber Summons has been served upon the petitioner's advocate, no affidavit in reply has been filed. None appeared for the petitioner.
