for seeking extension of time to carry out

Mr.K.K.Trivedi, First Assistant to the Court
Receiver submits that extension of two weeks
may be granted with effect from today for the
purpose of carrying out the direction issued
by this Court in para 11(iv) of the order
passed by this Court on 2nd July, 2013. The

learned counsel for the plaintiffs has no
objection. The defendant No.1, who is present
in the Court states that the defendants were
not aware of the order passed by this Court on
2nd July, 2013 & also in the month of May, 2013
and seeks to take out appropriate proceedings.
The defendants are at liberty to do so. Four
weeks extension is granted from today to the
Court Receiver. It is made clear that if any
proceedings are filed by the defendants, same
shall be considered on its own merits.

disposed of.
