23/6/2011, the applicant resumed her work at about 8 hours. He has further stated that at about 12 hours he received one phone call from Mr.Anand Gawas, the brother-in-law of the applciant informing that his sister-in-law had set fire to herself and she has been taken to hospital by her husband in 108 vehicle. It is stated by the said Tulshidas that he thereafter asked the applicant to go home. The said Tulshidas has further stated that the applicant had also signed the mustor roll on the said date i.e 23/6/2011. There is the statement of one Dr. Sarang Kaneker, who is attached to the Goa Medical College. The said Dr. Sarang has stated that on 23/6/2011 at about 11 a.m., he attended one patient by name of Pramila Gawas. He has further stated that the said Pramila Gawas alleged that she was put on fire by her husband, mother-in-law and sister-in-law. This seems to be the material which is against the applicant. However, it is required to be noted that one Vikram G. Naik, who is serving as a Police Sub Inspector at Bicholim Police Station has in his statement stated that he had proceeded to Goa Medical College, Bambolim and as the patient was in a critical condition, he had requested the Special Judicial Magistrate to record the Dying Declaration. The Special Judicial Magistrate accordingly came in ward no.109 but the Ward medical officer informed him that Pramila Gawas is not fit to give her statement. In the statement of Dr. Kanekar, it has come on record that he examined the said Pramila Gawas at 11 a.m.since Pramila was brought with burn injuries, the said examination must be immediately after she was brought to the hospital, which must therefore be around
